From Babushkas’s Kitchen: Dumpling Soup Recipe
When the grandkids are craving dumplings, but your soul needs something warm and hearty — Grandma knows just what to do: we make dumpling soup! A little “broth” for the kids, and a whole lot of comfort for the soul.

How to cook?
What you'll need:
🧅 ½ onion
🥕 ½ carrot
🥔 1 potato
🫒 10 ml oil
🍃 1 bay leaf
💧 1 liter of water
🥟 20–25 Babushkas Dumplings
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it:
Finely chop the onion and carrot, dice the potato. Sauté everything lightly in oil with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add about a liter of water and the bay leaf, then bring to a boil.
Drop in the dumplings, wait for them to float, then cook for another 3–4 minutes.
🌿 Just before serving — a generous sprinkle of fresh herbs. Then call everyone to the table!
