How to cook?
🥄 Add a tablespoon of butter to the boiling water. It not only creates a slippery layer to keep the dumplings from sticking, but also adds a little extra flavor!
☝️ Gently stir the dumplings with a spoon after dropping them in — so they don’t stick to the bottom.
⚡️ Once the water returns to a boil, reduce the heat to medium — this helps the dumplings cook evenly and keeps the dough intact.
🫸 As soon as they float to the surface, cook them for another 2 minutes (depending on size), then remove right away.
Best served hot and steamy — straight from the pot!
